Experimento de Convivência Internacional do Brasil, founded in 1964, is the country's oldest organization related to intercultural exchange. We are a member of Federation EIL, The Worldwide Network of the Experiment in International Living, and our philosophy and mission are just the same: to facilitate the lifelong involvement of individuals in intercultural learning experiences. Our efforts are concentrated in promoting a wide variety of programs that provide our participants with rich and intensive international living experiences.

Experimento was awarded "Best Exchange Agency in Latin America" by Student Travel Magazine (STM) for five consecutive years (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014) and perpetually honored as "STM Superstar Agency Latin America".

After four decades of uninterrupted work in the educational field, Experimento has reached a solid position in the Brazilian market, only possible through very good relationships with the most important governmental and non-governmental organizations, educational institutions and international partners.

Today we have regional offices and official representatives all over the country, working together in order to reach results that meet the high standards of all our proposed programs.

Staff members:

Besides the head office in Sao Paulo City, we have 35 regional offices: 22 in the south-eastern region (21 in São Paulo State, 1 in Rio de Janeiro and 1 in Minas Gerais state and 1 in Espirito Santos) 2 in the middle-west region (2 in  Goias, 1 in Brasilia)  4 in the southern region (1 in Curitiba, 1 in Caxias do Sul, 1 in Porto Alegre and 1 in Londrina) and 6 on the north-eastern coast (2 in Recife, 1 in Salvador, 1 in Maceio, 1 in Aracju, and 1 in Fortaleza). We also have more than twenty local representatives throughout Brazil .
